Space Club

Space Club is an exciting, thought-provoking club, which takes place on Monday afternoons after school until 4.15.

We talk about really interesting things to do with space such as the planets, the space shuttle and NASA, our own planet and its moon, and is there life out there...?  During past Space Club sessions, we have tried astronaut ice-cream, re-created the solar system in the school hall and launched stomp rockets from Temple House Lawn!!

If your child is interested in space and would like to come along, please ensure you sign and return the consent slip from the letter below as places are limited to 20!  This club will be out of this world...!

Wasn't the eclipse wonderful on the 20th March?  We all experienced it safely in the school hall by watching Stargazing Live with Profession Brian Cox on BBC 1.   We marvelled at how calm and dusky it became outside and how quiet all the birds were!  If you have any eclipse photos, or indeed any other space related photos, please email them to the school office and we'll post them on our Space Club page!
